Kristie brings over 22 years of experience in dentistry to her role as Office Manager. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Business, giving her a unique combination of clinical knowledge and business experience.

Since joining our practice in January 2026, Kristie has loved becoming part of the team and getting to know each of our patients. What she enjoys most about dentistry is building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their individual oral health goals.

Kristie has been married since 1994 to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom of two sons and a grandmother. She and her family enjoy traveling, camping, and spending quality time together. She brings that same warmth and genuine care to her work each day, making patients and their families feel valued and welcomed.

Carrie has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2017, and in 2026 she made the transition to working at the front desk. Her years on the clinical side of dentistry have given her a unique perspective on patient care, and she loves using that experience to help patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

Carrie originally attended school to pursue dental hygiene, but due to some unforeseen health circumstances, her path took a different direction. While it wasn’t the path she originally imagined, she is grateful for where it has led her and for all the wonderful people she has met along the way.

When she’s not at the office, she can usually be found with a good book in her hands, exploring a hiking trail, riding her motorcycle, or relaxing with a good video game.

Carrie truly enjoys getting to know patients and being someone they can count on. Whether they’re calling the office, checking in for an appointment, or just need a friendly face to help them navigate their dental care, she’s always happy to help. She looks forward to getting to know each patient and making their experience with the office a great one!

Kacie joined Magnolia in May of 2026 and has quickly become a bright and welcoming part of our team! She brings positive energy to our office each day. She is an aspiring dental hygienist and anticipates being accepted into Chattanooga State’s Dental Hygiene program in 2027. She looks forward to building a career focused on helping patients’ oral health. Kacie is excited to help patients get scheduled for their appointments and make sure they receive the care they need to achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Outside of work, she enjoys going outdoors, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite part of Magnolia is the wonderful people she works with and getting to see patients gain confidence in their smiles. We are so happy to have Kacie on our Magnolia team and can’t wait to see all that her future in dentistry holds!

Savannah enjoys connecting with patients over the phone and in person. She especially loves being able to answer questions, help patients find appointments that work for them, and make them feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they contact the office. Savannah earned her Associate of Science degree in Psychology from Cleveland State Community College. She is also a licensed esthetician and nail technician, giving her a passion for both helping others and the beauty and wellness industries.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring beauty and skincare, and reading. She is excited to continue growing in the dental field and looks forward to getting to know and helping each of our patients!

Jill is our rockstar dental hygienist and a cornerstone of Magnolia Implants & General Dentistry. She has been faithfully serving our patients since 2002, bringing more than 20 years of experience to our practice. A graduate of Chattanooga State Community College, Jill earned her degree in Dental Hygiene of Applied Sciences in 2000. She has been committed to helping our patients improve and maintain their oral health ever since.

Jill is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail and the way she makes each patient feel at ease. She takes pride in educating patients about their oral health and enjoys building long-term relationships with them. “I love that our office delivers the highest quality dental care we possibly can,” she says. “We have such a wonderful team, and I’m so thankful to work in a positive, Christ-centered environment.” Jill’s unwavering commitment to excellent patient care and her warm, friendly personality make her an invaluable member of our team. We are so grateful to have her as part of our family!

Jill is happily married with two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her free time reading, baking and cherishing moments with her family.

Amyia is a Registered Dental Assistant who has been working in the dental field since 2020. In July 2026, she graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, allowing her to provide an enhanced level of care to her patients. She values building genuine relationships with patients and being part of a team that helps people feel more confident in their smiles. She strives to create an environment where every patient feels comfortable, respected, and cared for. Known for being dependable, she takes pride in supporting both her patients and her dental team.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, visiting Disney, and getting lost in a good book.

Jamie has been part of the dental field since 2003. After taking some time away, she was excited to return to dentistry in 2020 and quickly realized just how much she had missed it. Being a dental assistant is more than just a job to her — she truly loves helping people, getting to know her patients, and making their dental experience as comfortable and positive as possible.

Jamie feels very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful dental team. She loves working alongside people who genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. One of the things she enjoys most about her career is building relationships with her patients and knowing that she can help make their day a little better.

Outside of the office, family is Jamie’s greatest joy. She is happily married and a proud mom of five boys, two bonus daughters, and one bonus son. She is also blessed to be a grandmother. Her family also includes three dogs and a cat, so there is never a dull moment at home!

When she’s not at the dental office, Jamie enjoys relaxing by the pool, shopping, and, most of all, spending quality time with her family. She feels incredibly blessed to love what she does, work with such an amazing team, and have a wonderful family to come home to every day.

Sarah is a vital member of our team. A Cleveland native, Sarah graduated from Miller Motte Technical School in 2014 and has been a dedicated member of the practice since 2015. With her friendly attitude and gentle demeanor, Sarah ensures that each visit to our office is a positive experience.

Sarah is passionate about building personal relationships with patients. “I love helping our patients, giving them confidence and getting to know them,” she says. “We are a family!” Sarah works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our workflow efficient. She works closely with Dr. Weiler, assisting with procedures and contributing to a smooth patient experience. Additionally, she is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of infection control, making sure that every patient receives the best care in a safe and clean environment. Her warmth, dedication and professionalism add tremendous value to our practice. We are so blessed to have her as a member of the Magnolia family!

Sarah is happily married and a proud mom to two sons and two fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, being outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
