Jill is a ray of sunshine at Magnolia. A former registered dental assistant with seven years of clinical experience, she has spent the last 15 years dedicated to front office work. Since joining the practice in 2012, Jill has been a bright and steady anchor, keeping the front office running smoothly and making sure every patient feels welcome from the moment they walk in.

Jill says her favorite things about working here is “the positive Christian atmosphere and working with an incredible team.” Her friendly smile and warm personality help set the tone for a great visit, and she takes pride in making sure each patient has a pleasant experience from start to finish. We are so blessed to have Jill as part of our team! Her kindness, consistency and cheerful attitude help lift everyone who walks through our doors.

Jill has been married to her best friend, Barry, for 30 years. Together, they have two wonderful children. When she is not at work, Jill cherishes spending time with her family.

Jill is our rockstar dental hygienist and a cornerstone of Magnolia Implants & General Dentistry. She has been faithfully serving our patients since 2002, bringing more than 20 years of experience to our practice. A graduate of Chattanooga State Community College, Jill earned her degree in Dental Hygiene of Applied Sciences in 2000. She has been committed to helping our patients improve and maintain their oral health ever since.

Jill is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail and the way she makes each patient feel at ease. She takes pride in educating patients about their oral health and enjoys building long-term relationships with them. “I love that our office delivers the highest quality dental care we possibly can,” she says. “We have such a wonderful team, and I’m so thankful to work in a positive, Christ-centered environment.” Jill’s unwavering commitment to excellent patient care and her warm, friendly personality make her an invaluable member of our team. We are so grateful to have her as part of our family!

Jill is happily married with two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her free time reading, baking and cherishing moments with her family.

Melanie is a pillar of our team, bringing more than 26 years of dental experience to the practice. Melanie has a diverse professional background. She earned her associate’s degree in business management and became licensed in real estate before finding her passion in the dental field. In 2010, she elevated her skill set by earning her Expanded Functions Certification from Meharry Dental School in Nashville, allowing her to place fillings and deliver high quality restorative care to our patients.

Melanie is known for her dedication, skill and loving heart. She joined the Magnolia family in 2024, bringing a contagious energy that uplifts everyone she interacts with. “The best part about working at Magnolia is Dr. Weiler praying over us every morning,” she says. She also loves the supportive, laid-back work environment. We are so grateful for Melanie and love having her at Magnolia Implants & General Dentistry! Her love for others and her commitment to doing her very best for each patient make her a tremendous blessing to our practice.

Outside the office, Melanie is all heart. She cherishes time with her family, including a set of adopted twins and a beloved grandson. She has a deep love for mission work and spends a week each year serving communities in Guatemala. At home, she finds joy in loving on her rescue animals and living a life full of purpose and devotion to the Lord.

Sarah is a vital member of our team. A Cleveland native, Sarah graduated from Miller Motte Technical School in 2014 and has been a dedicated member of the practice since 2015. With her friendly attitude and gentle demeanor, Sarah ensures that each visit to our office is a positive experience.

Sarah is passionate about building personal relationships with patients. “I love helping our patients, giving them confidence and getting to know them,” she says. “We are a family!” Sarah works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our workflow efficient. She works closely with Dr. Weiler, assisting with procedures and contributing to a smooth patient experience. Additionally, she is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of infection control, making sure that every patient receives the best care in a safe and clean environment. Her warmth, dedication and professionalism add tremendous value to our practice. We are so blessed to have her as a member of the Magnolia family!

Sarah is happily married and a proud mom to two sons and two fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, being outdoors and spending quality time with her family.

Tilaziya is the newest member of the Magnolia family. Exceptionally kind and approachable, she has a calming influence on patients and coworkers alike. She joined the practice in 2024 after graduating from the dental assisting program at Revive Dental in Chattanooga. As a registered dental assistant, Tilaziya—known by most as “Ty”—is dedicated to creating a welcoming and relaxed experience for every patient. She works diligently to keep the office running smoothly by staying organized, supporting our team and bringing positive energy every day.

What Ty loves most about Magnolia is the family-like atmosphere and the sense of unity among the team. “I love working in a supportive team environment where we all lift each other up and share the same goals.” Her easygoing nature and team spirit make her a wonderful part of the Magnolia family. We love our TyTy!

Outside of work, Ty enjoys soaking up time with family and friends, whether out on the lake, hiking a favorite trail or simply unwinding at home.
